What do you think? Are “Obama Waffles” just a funny political joke, or something just a little more frightening?

I’m for Obama but I think this just a stupid joke that no one should get worked up about. So they’re ignorant about the Kenyan garb… I don’t think that means that they have some ulterior motive for brainwashing the public . Its in poor taste but nothing people should get offended over.
I think that these guys are just completely ignorant. That being said, I can see how this could be funny if it weren’t so offensive. So far it insults Obama’s race, religion, a religion he’s not even a part of, people of hispanic descent, and people from Kenya. It’s pretty impressive that a “satirical” food product can accomplish all of that.
However, I feel like this is just an example of something I find so frustrating about the situation in our country right now. SO many of the people who are voting for McCain don’t really understand the major issues in this campaign. Now, I don’t think that ALL people who are voting for John McCain don’t understand what the issues are, just MANY. The same can be said for some people voting for Obama, but I just feel like the guys in this clip are examples of a major problem our country faces- they clearly don’t understand key aspects of the discussion they’re having. It’s very clear these two do not understand Islam, what our country was founded to be, or Barack Obama’s policies.
