What Women Want: Thoughts on Facial Hair

devendrabanhart2.jpgJust like we are always wondering what guys are thinking (which is usually sex, boobs, or sex), guys want to know what’s on our minds. What do we want? What do we like? What the hell do we mean when we curtly say “it’s fine” after they stand us up to play catch with the boys?

Contrary to popular belief, they care what we think. Not only because they want to please us, but because they want to woo us, lure us, and get us into their beds.

So, we at CollegeCandy decided it was time to let guys know exactly what we like/hate/and dream about at night. So, vote, comment and pass this on to those boys in your life.

I’ve always perceived a beard to be a sign of a stalwart individual possessing exuberant virility.

With that said, the guy in the picture looking like a jesus wannabe caught in headlights is just a goddamn shame.

Men should keep their beards trimmed and very well groomed or not keep them at all. That means, shaving with a 1, 1.5, or a 2, keeping an even and clean neckline with preferably no neck hair at all, lining your face with a razor to get a perfect line, and shaving around your beard every day. Also, leave some space, about 2 mm between your lips and your scruff, my girlfriend agrees, it provides for a better kissing experience and makes her think less of kissing a goat (what the hell?). A beard is not an excuse to look unkempt.

Also, unless your girlfriend is not ticklish, don’t kiss her body with the scruff, learn to use your tongue, it’ll result in less bedroom laughs and more bedroom moans.

    Also women, sandpaper.. not cool.

I like how scruff looks, but I hate it when I’m kissing my man is it’s all scratchy on my face. So meh.

    it’s all or nothing, men.

Not a bushy beard, but not completely shaved off. Just a lil bit does it for me.

It depends on the guy & the kind of facial hair he has going on. Usually I’m a sucker for scruff, but it makes kissing, well, interesting. (Sandpaper, anyone?) My boyfriend participated in No-Shave November & decided to keep the scruff. What’s really weird is that his facial hair isn’t irritating at all; it’s kind of soft, actually.

But whatever floats your boat, I guess.
