I am somewhat mixed on tights.

I like the look (sometimes, see below), but they can be uncomfortable too, which leaves you feeling like a mermaid caught in a stretchy fishing net.

A pro though with tights, is if you haven't waited too long (and you just have stuble) you don't have to shave (if you are in a hurry or just lazy/procrastinating). Also, like the article says, they keep you warmer. Yet another point for tights.

I really like the look of black or white tights with chuncky heeled Mary Janes or ankle boots, under little mod 60's-70's dress (not tent-preggo dresses, unless of course you are pregnant), but I'm not sure how I feel about colored tights.

I've seen blue or red tights look really cute under a mod-inspired sheath dress(without being over-the-top, like a poor/tacky man's Agent 99 or Twiggy).

Then again, I have seen them over done (white eyeliner, headbands, disc earrings, & gogo boots galore!), or just paired with the wrong thing which made the people look like a neon hobo-clowns, flamboyant Peter Pan, 80's aerobic fashinistas, or a bad artistic interpretation of a smurf.

So if you're going to wear them, choose wisely...and comfortable~ (no one wants to see you pick that weggie~!) =p
