It\'s Holiday Season!

Welcome to holiday season! Sure,
you may not be able to shop, shop,

My Personal Weight-Loss Journey: Day 95

Eating fruit and ONLY fruit is not the easiest thing in the world. In fact, it’s one of the hardest; swallowing that apple while you pass the Cheescake Factory in the mall is NOT easy.
