One of the most difficult parts of college is eating right. For those of you without a meal plan or with any desire to remain healthy, here is a SUPER simple recipe I came up with. With tons of options, you can almost bet that you can find the ingredients in your fridge right now!
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups veggies of your choice (some good ones: onions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
